By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have consent from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Products & product use
WaddlePad is a comfort and cushioning aid for babies learning to sit, stand and walk. It is not a medical device or certified protective equipment, and it does not prevent all injuries. It is designed for supervised, awake playtime only — never leave your child unattended, and remove the product for sleep, car seats and strollers.
3. Prices & availability
Prices are displayed in USD and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We may limit quantities per order.
4. Orders & payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors). If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers.
5. Shipping & delivery
Estimated processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; occasional carrier delays may occur.
6. Returns & refunds

Important safety information

It is designed for supervised, awake playtime only. Never leave your child unattended while wearing it. Remove it for sleep, car seats, strollers, high chairs and any form of restraint. It is intended for babies aged 5 to 24 months. Inspect it before each use and stop using it if it is torn or damaged. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Adult supervision is always required. No product replaces supervision.
